Naomh Ólaf are running 3 separate talks/workshops specifically on girls/women in sport in conjunction with HerSport.ie.
The purpose of these presentations is to build awareness and resilience around female wellbeing, sports participation, and performance.
Current research is showing a distinct difference between how boys and girls approach sport and there is a real emphasis on keeping girls involved as long as possible.
There are two evenings specifically for girls on the 9th,10th November and a third evening for Parents & Mentors and Adult players on the 11th November.
If you as a parent, a mentor or your daughter are interested, please see full details here
Tickets are free and all talks are at the Club.
