Congratulations to the 5th & 6th Class Boys and Girls of Holy Trinity National School (https://www.holytrinity.ie/) who recently competed in the Corn an Choigiltis Náisiúnta (hurling) & Corn Uí Mhaoilan (camogie) competitions.
Both teams featured a selection of Naomh Ólaf players, representing their school, with a series of competitive matches played in May.
It was the first time that Holy Trinity had taken part in the hurling and camogie side of the school competitions.
The girls were coached by Orla Brennan, Áine Ní Bhroin & Kevin Phelan, and the boys by Kevin Phelan & Jack Phelan, supported by School Principal James Tobin.
Both sides performed well, with the girls giving a great account of themselves in the group stages, and the boys going on to reach the semi-finals in the football and hurling - losing to the eventual winners 👏👏.
